Cancellation Policy

Since I often have a waiting list, when you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you and missed appointments prevent me from accommodating other patients (often medically vulnerable) in need of treatment.

24-Hour Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellation Fees: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost for the first visit and up to 100% for each appointment after the first visit.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice ("No-Show"), you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to avoid impacting the next person’s appointment. Regardless of the actual treatment time, you will be responsible for the full fee of the session originally booked.

Emergency Exceptions: I understand that genuine emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at my discretion after your first visit.
